Jericho Mortgage, Inc. was formed in 1997 to provide a full service residential mortgage brokerage alternative for Northern Indiana homeowners and buyers.

The owner/broker, James P. Ritter, gained his initial experience and expertise from a decade long tenure with a well known South Bend, IN  consumer lending corporation with world-wide branch operations. Now in it's 12th year of serving Michiana, Jericho is known as one of the most trusted brokerages around.

Jericho's operational advantage is providing the best mortgage solution from the safe and secure government options - FHA and VA - as well as the conforming FannieMae and FreddieMac residential lending options with competitive rates and reasonable fees. Jericho strives to find the mortgage program that best suits the clients' needs and capabilities. This goal is realized through an in-depth interview at the time of application and follow-up consultations with our clients. Jericho takes the time to listen to what each client wants to accomplish and then looks for solutions that are compatatible.
